About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at Andersen Corp. as a Design Consultant. As a Design Consultant, you will be responsible for conducting in-home sales presentations and providing homeowners with the necessary information to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to and from pre-scheduled appointments with homeowners in the greater Toronto area to conduct sales presentations and provide product demonstrations.
- Follow a value-based selling process that embodies honesty and integrity to build trust with customers and close sales.
- Attend regular sales meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on company products and sales strategies.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Hold a valid driver's license and be comfortable traveling up to 2 hours for appointments on a daily basis.
- Ability to lift and carry at least 40-60 lbs. of sample materials.
- Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad.
- Previous outside sales experience is a plus.
- Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.
- A strong desire and ability to close the sale.

- Uncapped, full commission structure with current consultants earning $150,000-$300,000+.
