About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at Andersen Corp. as a Design Consultant. As a Design Consultant, you will be responsible for conducting in-home sales presentations and providing homeowners with the necessary information to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Travel to and from pre-scheduled appointments with homeowners in the greater Toronto area to conduct sales presentations and provide product demonstrations.
  2. Follow a value-based selling process that embodies honesty and integrity to build trust with customers and close sales.
  3. Attend regular sales meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on company products and sales strategies.
  4. Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  1. Hold a valid driver's license and be comfortable traveling up to 2 hours for appointments on a daily basis.
  2. Ability to lift and carry at least 40-60 lbs. of sample materials.
  3. Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad.
  4. Previous outside sales experience is a plus.
  5. Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.
  6. A strong desire and ability to close the sale.

  2. Uncapped, full commission structure with current consultants earning $150,000-$300,000+.

Work Schedule:
