We are looking for a dedicated and professional Corporate Sales Consultant to engage with clients nationwide and present, demonstrate, and market our innovative SaaS Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Position Overview:

This role involves B2B sales, where you will be reaching out to Directors of Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Managers, Business Owners, Presidents, and HR Managers among others. You will be targeting organizations of various sizes both locally and across North America.

Your primary responsibility will be to introduce our ATS to prospective clients, assess their requirements, and recommend the most suitable solutions.

The majority of your sales interactions will occur via phone. We seek someone who is enthusiastic, personable, adaptable to different personalities, quick-thinking, and capable of closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research company profiles online and review their career pages to identify the technology they utilize.
  • Initiate contact with the relevant decision-makers and introduce yourself and our company.
  • Engage in conversations aimed at scheduling product demonstrations.
  • Conduct online demonstrations, showcasing the features and benefits tailored to the clients' needs.
  • Provide pricing information and follow up with potential clients.
  • Close sales and complete necessary documentation.
  • Make 20-80 calls daily with a target of achieving 5+ one-hour demos weekly and closing 4+ sales monthly.
  • Average sale value is approximately $6,000, with larger deals reaching $250,000 and minimum sales around $2,999.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in Sales, ATS, Recruiting, Software Sales, Staffing, or general business.
  • Experience in making outbound calls in either customer service or sales roles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to conduct one-hour online demonstrations of the system.
  • Technologically proficient and comfortable guiding potential clients through the software during online meetings.
  • Experience with CRM systems is a significant advantage.
