Cleaning Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Spiffy Clean Inc. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Cleaning Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning professionals who are equipped to provide exceptional service to our clients.
- Supervise and Coordinate Cleaning Activities: Oversee the daily cleaning operations, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Inspect Facilities: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our facilities meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning services, ensuring that we are operating within our means.
- Assist Cleaning Staff: Provide support and guidance to our cleaning staff, ensuring that they have the resources they need to perform their duties effectively.
- Coordinate with Other Departments: Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our cleaning services are integrated with other business operations.
- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and manage work schedules for our cleaning staff, ensuring that we are meeting our service commitments.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a cleaning or facilities management role
- Work Setting: Commercial facility, residential, or cleaning service company
- Security and Safety: Bondable, driver's validity license check, and driving record check (abstract)
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, physically demanding, manual dexterity, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and handling heavy loads
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, and reliability
