Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a cleaning or facilities management role
  • Work Setting: Commercial facility, residential, or cleaning service company
  • Security and Safety: Bondable, driver's validity license check, and driving record check (abstract)
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, physically demanding, manual dexterity, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and handling heavy loads
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, and reliability
