We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to join our team at RB Maintenance & Cleaning Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of the cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Recommend Additional Services: Identify areas where additional services may be required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Work Term and Hours: This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
