Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at RB Maintenance & Cleaning Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our employees and clients.
Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
- Task Management: Plan, coordinate, and manage the cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure they are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of cleaning equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working order.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on the status of cleaning and maintenance tasks, including any issues or concerns.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a cleaning and maintenance role
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
