Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at RB Maintenance & Cleaning Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our cleaning staff and ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire, train, and supervise cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Inspect facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Recommend additional services required to maintain facilities, such as painting, repairs, or replacement of equipment.
- Establish work schedules to ensure that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Permanent employment.
- English language proficiency.
- 40 hours per week.
