- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including minutes of meetings, reports, and other documents.
- Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing inventory, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Team Support: Provide support to the team, including preparing reports, maintaining databases, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Language: English.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of 3-4 people. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
