Medical Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Administrative Assistant to join our team at Terrace Animal Hospital. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our medical team.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, procedures, and surgeries with patients and healthcare providers.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential medical records, including patient information, medical history, and treatment plans.
- Office Administration: Order supplies, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Communication: Respond to patient inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our medical team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a medical administrative role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
