Medical Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Administrative Assistant to join our team at Terrace Animal Hospital. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our medical team.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, procedures, and surgeries with patients and healthcare providers.
- Medical Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including patient demographics, medical history, and treatment plans.
- Office Administration: Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and perform data entry tasks.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and staff members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a medical administrative role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
