We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Administrative Assistant to join our team at Terrace Animal Hospital.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring seamless communication with clients and staff.
- File Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Supply Chain Management: Order and manage office supplies, maintaining an efficient inventory system.
- Office Procedures: Develop and implement effective office procedures and routines to optimize productivity.
- Confidentiality and Data Entry: Safeguard confidential medical files and records, while accurately performing data entry tasks.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a medical administrative role
- Permanent position
- English language
- 30 to 35 hours per week
