About the Role

CancerCare Manitoba is a leading agency in cancer control and blood disorder treatment, providing clinical and academic services to the province.

We are seeking a highly skilled Mammography Technologist to join our team at the Winnipeg and Mobile Screening clinics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality service to clients, ensuring effective, efficient, and safe care.
  • Work under the supervision of the Operations Manager - BreastCheck to achieve clinical and operational goals.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Stay up-to-date with continuing education requirements for Mammography Technologists.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Medical Radiological Technology education program.
  • Successful completion of Breast Imaging 1 and Breast Imaging 2 CAMRT courses.
  • Member in good standing with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT) and Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists - Manitoba (CAMRT-MB).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in working in a Digital Imaging department using RIS, PACS, and EMR systems.
  • Valid Manitoba Driver's License and ability to travel to communities across Manitoba.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous mammography experience.
