Job Opportunity at Fountain Tire

Fountain Tire is seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Counter/Inside Sales Representative. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, sharing product knowledge, and providing service quotes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers on all aspects of mechanical and tire repair and service
  • Share product knowledge and technical expertise with customers to build existing and new business
  • Provide service quotes and receive customer authorization for work to be performed on customer vehicles
  • Schedule customer appointments for tire and mechanical service
  • Recommend tire service, specialty tire service, wheel and mechanical service to customers
  • Ensure accurate billing of products to customers
  • Complete proactive calls to customers to determine their satisfaction level with the service received

Requirements:

  • Expert knowledge of mechanical and tire service is strongly preferred
  • Previous experience in the automotive repair industry and a history of providing exceptional customer service and business support
  • Strong time management skills
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintaining a valid driver's license is a condition of employment
  • Availability to work Saturdays
