We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Lake Louise Inn. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen staff and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests.
Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and kitchen assistants.
- Develop and implement menus that showcase local and seasonal ingredients.
- Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Order and manage inventory of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Train and develop kitchen staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
- 1-2 years of experience as a head cook or executive chef in a similar establishment.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and handling.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
