We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at The Lake Louise Ski Resort. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests.
Responsibilities:- Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff to prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes
- Develop and implement menus that showcase local and seasonal ingredients
- Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to ensure efficient operations
- Train and mentor staff to improve skills and knowledge
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment
- 1-2 years of experience as a head cook or executive chef
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
