About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at The Rumour Mill Bar & Grill. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our staff in their daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budgets, maintain inventory and budgetary controls, and perform data entry tasks.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence to support business decisions.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration, including processing payroll, managing employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Staff Development: Direct and advise staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies.
  • Computer and Technology: Utilize MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Outlook to perform tasks and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
