Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
- Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
- Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budgets, maintain inventory and budgetary controls, and perform data entry tasks.
- Reporting and Analysis: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence to support business decisions.
- Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration, including processing payroll, managing employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Staff Development: Direct and advise staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies.
- Computer and Technology: Utilize MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Outlook to perform tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
