Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Edna + Vita. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure that we have the necessary products to meet customer demand.
- Cash Handling: Manage cash handling procedures, including counting and reconciling cash, to ensure accuracy and prevent loss.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive excellent service, including responding to complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate our team to achieve excellent results, including setting goals and objectives, providing feedback and coaching, and recognizing and rewarding outstanding performance.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant software.
