Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Jatujak Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Management: Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits, develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies, and balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms.
- Staff Management: Recruit staff, set staff work schedules, supervise staff, train staff, and monitor staff performance.
- Operations Management: Plan and organize daily operations, evaluate daily operations, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and provide customer service.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, and negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent oral communication, organized, reliability, ability to multitask, and client focus.
