Position Overview

The role of the Administrative Assistant at TruePath Logistics involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring efficient office operations and support for management.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and enforce office policies and procedures.
  • Document and prepare minutes for meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Establish and manage office procedures and daily routines.
  • Oversee contract management.
  • Implement training and development strategies.
  • Handle incoming calls and relay messages effectively.
  • Respond to electronic inquiries.
  • Gather and compile data, statistics, and relevant information.
  • Address employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Order and manage office supplies, maintaining inventory levels.
  • Negotiate collective agreements on behalf of the organization.
  • Supervise payroll processes.
  • Welcome visitors and direct them to appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Establish and maintain both manual and computerized filing systems.
  • Type and proofread various documents, including correspondence and forms.
  • Coordinate and review projects and programs.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and assess daily operations.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Experience
  • Between 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience.
