At MANPASAND INDIAN CUISINE INC., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency in every dish.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to enhance our culinary offerings
  • Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and presentation
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, and inventory to optimize kitchen operations
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to plan and execute special events and banquets
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as a head cook or executive chef in a high-volume kitchen
  • Proven track record of menu development and implementation
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
