  • Train and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless execution of menu items and exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with our purchasing team to source high-quality ingredients and supplies, ensuring timely delivery and optimal pricing.
  • Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality dishes to our customers.
  • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure consistency and excellence in every dish.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, farmers, and other industry partners to source the freshest and highest-quality ingredients.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest culinary trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve our menu offerings and kitchen operations.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role in a high-volume kitchen.
  • Proven track record of success in menu development, kitchen operations, and staff management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of culinary professionals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to optimize kitchen efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
