  • Function as a clinical resource for the team
  • Facilitate teamwork and effective work processes
  • Oversee staff orientation and training
  • Coordinate admission documentation and quality assurance measures
  • Participate in hiring, orientation, and performance evaluation
  • Liaise with nursing and interdisciplinary team members
  • Coordinate staff schedules and bed allocation
  • Review assessments and coordinate with clinical directors
  • Group placement of new admissions
  • Participate in quality improvement activities
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Answer inquiry calls, emails, and faxes
  • Provide information on programs and services
  • Conduct tours and answer questions
  • Conduct intensive addiction assessments
  • Case manage clients
  • Document communication with clients and family
  • Liaise with community referral agents
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing treatment planning
  • Complete mandatory documentation
  • Prepare and maintain client files
  • Book pre-admission medicals
  • Maintain client waiting lists
  • Assist with detoxification process
  • Present program education sessions
  • Prepare reports and data management
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of current clinical experience
  • Degree or diploma in a regulated healthcare program
  • Management training or equivalent
  • Experience working with patients with concurrent disorders
