Key Responsibilities:- Manage patient care activities, staffing, and resource utilization of admission staff
- Function as a clinical resource for the team
- Facilitate teamwork and effective work processes
- Oversee staff orientation and training
- Coordinate admission documentation and quality assurance measures
- Participate in hiring, orientation, and performance evaluation
- Liaise with nursing and interdisciplinary team members
- Coordinate staff schedules and bed allocation
- Review assessments and coordinate with clinical directors
- Group placement of new admissions
- Participate in quality improvement activities
- Answer inquiry calls, emails, and faxes
- Provide information on programs and services
- Conduct tours and answer questions
- Conduct intensive addiction assessments
- Case manage clients
- Document communication with clients and family
- Liaise with community referral agents
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing treatment planning
- Complete mandatory documentation
- Prepare and maintain client files
- Book pre-admission medicals
- Maintain client waiting lists
- Assist with detoxification process
- Present program education sessions
- Prepare reports and data management
- Minimum 3 years of current clinical experience
- Degree or diploma in a regulated healthcare program
- Management training or equivalent
- Experience working with patients with concurrent disorders
