Lead Member Service Representative

Job Summary
Servus Credit Union is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Lead Member Service Representative. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for leading and coaching our Member Service Representatives to provide exceptional service to our members.
Key Responsibilities
- Motivate and coach employees to identify members' needs and recommend products and services that enhance their financial fitness.
- Be proactive in pursuing new business opportunities and adhering to policies, procedures, and loss prevention guidelines to mitigate risk of loss.
- Provide support, guidance, and training to all employees as necessary to ensure performance improvement and cohesive teamwork.
- Understand and meet the needs of our members by providing them with advice on appropriate products and services, and/or identifying opportunities to refer members to appropriate team members or external partners.
- Demonstrate an expert understanding of all branch security procedures.
Requirements
To qualify, you will need at least 4 years of retail banking experience and your high school diploma.
Although not required, the following education/certificates are valuable assets:
- Previous leadership/supervisory experience
- Post-secondary education in Finance (or related studies)
