Key Responsibilities

  • Motivate and coach employees to identify opportunities to enhance members' financial fitness
  • Pursue new business opportunities proactively
  • Adhere to policies, procedures, and loss prevention guidelines to mitigate risk of loss
  • Provide support, guidance, and training to employees to ensure performance improvement and cohesive teamwork
  • Understand and meet members' needs by providing advice on appropriate products and services, and/or identifying opportunities to refer members to appropriate team members or external partners
  • Demonstrate an expert understanding of all branch security procedures

Requirements

To qualify, you will need at least 4 years of retail banking experience and a high school diploma.

Previous leadership/supervisory experience and post-secondary education in Finance (or related studies) are valuable assets.
