About the Role

Servus Credit Union is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Manager Member Service II to join our team at our South Hill branch in Red Deer. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth, developing and coaching our Member Service Representatives, and ensuring exceptional member experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach Member Service Representatives to identify member needs and recommend products and services that enhance their financial fitness.
  • Pursue new business opportunities and adhere to policies, procedures, and loss prevention guidelines to mitigate risk of loss.
  • Provide support, guidance, and training to employees to ensure performance improvement and cohesive teamwork.
  • Understand and meet member needs by providing advice on appropriate products and services, and/or identifying opportunities to refer members to appropriate team members or external partners.
  • Demonstrate an expert understanding of all branch security procedures.
Requirements

To qualify, you will need at least 4 years of retail banking experience and a high school diploma. Previous leadership/supervisory experience, post-secondary education in Finance, or related studies are valuable assets.
