Dynamic Team Member Wanted for Rogers Sports & Media

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team at Rogers Sports & Media. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in helping us grow our brand and connect with our diverse audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support our content creation team in producing high-quality broadcast news, entertainment, and sports content.
  • Operate control room systems, including Ross switchers, Ross OverDrive, Calrec 5.1 audio board, lighting controls, automation, and camera duties in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal customers, ensuring clear and concise communication while producing local and national content.
  • Monitor performance of internal network systems, identifying and resolving inconsistencies to provide solutions and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with in-house content production teams to maximize resource utilization and ensure seamless content delivery.
