Job Title: Retail Merchandiser

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Retail Merchandiser to join our team at Neptune Retail Solutions.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging products according to planograms, establishing and maintaining contact with suppliers, and overseeing the distribution of merchandise to outlets. Additionally, they will provide excellent customer service and work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange products according to planograms to ensure visual appeal and maximize sales
  • Establish and maintain contact with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of merchandise
  • Oversee the distribution of merchandise to outlets, ensuring accurate and efficient delivery
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field an asset
  • 1-2 years of experience in retail merchandising or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
