Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandising Representative to join our team at RDTS. As a Merchandising Representative, you will be responsible for merchandising and representing products from various suppliers to big-box stores in your territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Merchandising and Product Presentation: Ensure that products are properly displayed and merchandised in stores, including facing, cleaning, and rotating products.
  • Marketing and Sales: Identify opportunities for cross-merchandising and mass merchandising to increase sales and product visibility.
  • Display Installation and Maintenance: Install and maintain displays, including reading and executing planograms as needed.
  • Reporting and Communication: Perform daily reports, including taking pictures of work done, and maintain excellent relationships with store managers.
  • Special Projects: Execute special mandates required by clients, including audits and displays.
Requirements:
  • Vehicle: Must have a car.
  • Experience: Experience in merchandising and reading planograms is an asset.
  • Skills: Good interpersonal skills, autonomy, attention to detail, and ability to occasionally lift loads up to 15 kgs.
  • Territory Coverage: Must be able to cover your territory, with mileage reimbursement policy applicable.
