Merchandising Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandising Representative to join our team at RDTS. As a Merchandising Representative, you will be responsible for merchandising and representing products from various suppliers to big-box stores in your territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Merchandise products, including facing, cleaning, and product rotation.
  • Identify marketing opportunities through cross-merchandising and mass merchandising techniques.
  • Install and maintain displays.
  • Read and execute planograms during resets.
  • Perform daily reports, including taking pictures of work done through our mobile reporting app.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with store managers.
  • Execute special mandates required by clients, such as audits and displays.
Requirements:
  • Must have a car.
  • Experience in merchandising and reading planograms is an asset.
  • Good interpersonal skills, autonomy, and attention to detail.
  • Must be able to occasionally carry and lift loads up to 15 kgs.
  • Must be able to cover your territory, with mileage reimbursement applicable.
