Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and receive merchandise, manage inventory levels, and maintain a visually appealing store display.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer complaints, and ensure that customer needs are met.
  • Store Operations: Oversee store opening and closing procedures, manage cash handling and sales processing, and maintain a clean and safe store environment.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, inventory reports, and other relevant data to inform business decisions.
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, provide feedback and coaching, and support the development of team members.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience or equivalent.
  • Language: English.
