Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Circle K. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and staff training.
- Authorize payments, order merchandise, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales goals, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Support the recruitment and training of new staff members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
This role is based in a retail store environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and driving sales growth.
Computer and Technology KnowledgeProficiency in point of sale systems and other retail technology is essential for this role.
Support for Newcomers and RefugeesWe are committed to supporting newcomers and refugees in their settlement journey. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will play a key role in assisting with immediate settlement needs, recruiting newcomers and refugees, and supporting them with foreign credential recognition.
