Job Summary

We're seeking a Keyholder to assist with ensuring consistently great execution in our stores. As a Keyholder, you'll recommend the best products and services to create a healthy and playful life for pets.

You'll share accountability to drive profit and help us grow as the Devoted Pet Lover's life-cycle partner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cashier and customer sales
  • Preparing merchandise orders, banking, and other miscellaneous paperwork
  • Placing small items into stock in the sales area of the store
  • Sweeping, dusting, and other general store maintenance functions
  • Assisting in unloading delivery vehicles and putting items into stock
  • Effectively opening and closing the store while following company procedures
  • Assigning daily goals and tasks to ACEs when necessary

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in retail or customer service
  • Working knowledge of POS system
  • Possess an outgoing and friendly personality with strong customer service skills
  • Ability to lift 50lbs repetitively
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to have reliable means of transportation to and from the store
