Become a vital member of our team at 77 Consultants as a Senior Client Engagement Manager, where you will be instrumental in delivering strategic financial and tax solutions tailored to our clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee client projects, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate project activities, track progress, and verify the accuracy of documentation.
- Address intricate accounting and tax challenges.
- Guide and mentor team members.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Evaluate financial reports and prepare tax filings.
- Assist with marketing initiatives as required.

Required Qualifications:
- CPA certification
- 4-6+ years of experience in public accounting within Canada
- 2-4+ years of experience in team leadership
- Proficiency in private company audits
Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree
- CPA certification
- 4+ years of public accounting experience focusing on audit projects
- 1+ year of experience in managing teams
- Strong understanding of ASPE, ASNPO, and auditing standards
- Ability to convey clear accounting insights to clients
- Awareness of challenges faced by small to medium-sized enterprises
- Self-driven, motivated, and an excellent communicator
- Proficient in building effective relationships
