Senior Community Engagement Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of skilled professionals in a diverse manufacturing setting
- Coordinate maintenance personnel and operations across various locations
- Oversee the upkeep and enhancement of machinery
- Facilitate the integration of computerized maintenance systems
- Plan and allocate budget for maintenance tasks and resources
- Contribute to the strategic design of plant and equipment configurations
- Drive continuous improvement in First Time Quality metrics
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
- A minimum of 10 years in plant engineering and maintenance roles
- Familiarity with a range of equipment and systems
- Expertise in Computerized Maintenance Management software
