About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Services Professional to join our team at Persons Community Solutions LTD. As a key member of our community support team, you will play a vital role in providing coaching, conflict resolution, and compliance support to individuals and groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coaching and Support: Provide one-on-one coaching and support to individuals, helping them to achieve their goals and overcome challenges.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflict situations in a fair and impartial manner, ensuring that all parties are heard and understood.
  • Compliance and Investigation: Identify and investigate compliance issues, ensuring that our organization is operating in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
Work Setting

You will be working in an urban area, supporting associations and non-profit organizations, and community and social services. This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in Google Docs and other relevant software.
  • Documentation Knowledge: Experienced in creating and maintaining accurate and detailed records, including accident or incident reports.
  • Screening Questions: Ability to ask and answer screening questions, including those related to residency, experience, and certifications.
Language and Work Term

This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week, with a work language of English.
