We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual, eager to play a pivotal role in our expansion. As the perfect candidate, you are enthusiastic about managing your own client portfolio and providing effective guidance to your project team.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Project Manager will oversee our team of technicians in executing consulting services related to Indoor Environmental Quality (IEQ) challenges for our clients, which include:

  • Investigations into Indoor Air Quality
  • Assessments and inspections for hazardous materials
  • Consulting on microbial contamination
  • Sampling and analytical services
  • Formulation of remediation strategies
  • Project oversight
  • Plans for mould management and prevention
  • Infection control strategies in healthcare settings
  • Consulting and management plans for Legionella
  • Radon testing and mitigation services
  • Training programs

Your Responsibilities at Pinchin

  • Establish and nurture business relationships with both new and existing clients
  • Draft proposals for mould and IEQ initiatives
  • Oversee and execute mould, IEQ, and infection control consulting projects for assessments and remediation efforts
  • Guide, train, and mentor Project Technologists in their roles
  • Manage work in progress, accounts receivable, and invoicing
  • Uphold and enhance quality control within the team

Your Qualifications for the Pinchin Team

  • A Bachelor of Science or Applied Science Degree is preferred
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience as a project manager in a related field
  • Familiarity with invoicing, budgeting, and other aspects of project financial management
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and team-building abilities
  • Analytical mindset with creative problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational capabilities
  • Effective time management skills
  • Willingness to work outside standard business hours
  • Possession of a vehicle and a valid driver's license (work-related travel expenses are reimbursed)
  • Willingness to travel
