Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in the area of Indoor Air Quality and Hazardous Materials. As a key member of our Hygiene Health & Safety team, you will be responsible for coordinating projects, applying and promoting Englobe's health and safety rules, and generating technical reviews of deliverable documentation.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate projects in designated substances/hazardous materials surveys, indoor air quality assessments, and hazardous materials tendering and abatement supervision.
- Generate and provide technical reviews of deliverable documentation, including technical reports, proposals, and qualification packages.
- Manage and/or generate deliverable documentation of various projects, including technical documents.
- Consistently execute prescribed technical procedures and work plans.
- Interact, coordinate, and schedule projects with clients, as directed by the Team Lead or Director.
- Participate in project management meetings, office meetings, health, and safety inspections.
- Maintain a commitment to exceeding client expectations by consistently delivering high-quality work.
- Conduct project administration tasks, including timesheet generation, project finance management, and project invoicing.
- Undergraduate degree and/or applicable (science/engineering) diploma required.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a consulting environment.
- Experience providing reviews to proposals, specifications, case studies, technical and non-technical reports required.
- Solid understanding of provincial and federal regulatory requirements acquired through experience and education.
- Possession of valid driver's license required.
- Possession of or eligibility to obtain secret security clearance required.
- Demonstrated sensitivity and consideration for occupational health and safety.
