Role Overview
As a Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing integrations tailored to our clients' needs. Your collaboration with internal teams and direct engagement with customers will be essential in delivering effective solutions promptly.

Responsibilities
In this role, you can expect to:

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of Bridgit Bench, our clients, their data workflows, and the challenges they face regarding integrations
  • Collect requirements, define field mappings, and construct, troubleshoot, and test integrations with various partner systems
  • Work closely with clients to create integration solutions that align with their technology stack and workflows
  • Document and update existing integrations to ensure they remain current and evolve alongside our product
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients regarding data, automation, software solutions, and Bridgit Bench
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance API functionality
  • Support new automation initiatives to facilitate team scalability

Desired Experience
We are looking for candidates who have:

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing or technical role within the SaaS industry
  • 2+ years of experience with at least one iPaaS (e.g., Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.)
  • The ability to work with large, complex data sets, drawing insights and making connections
  • An understanding of REST APIs, iPaaS, and the SaaS landscape
  • Experience assisting clients in overcoming technical challenges
  • A desire to enhance software development skills
  • A passion for learning new technologies and solving problems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
