Role Overview
As a Solutions Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, test, and implement integrations tailored for our clients. You will collaborate closely with both internal teams and customers to ensure timely delivery of optimal solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire an in-depth understanding of Bridgit Bench, our clientele, their data workflows, and the primary challenges they aim to address through integrations.
  • Collect requirements, define field mappings, construct, troubleshoot, and validate integrations with various partner systems.
  • Engage directly with clients to devise integration solutions that align with their technology stack and operational workflows.
  • Document and update existing integrations to ensure they remain current and evolve alongside our product offerings.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients regarding data, automation, software solutions, and Bridgit Bench.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance API functionalities.
  • Support new automation initiatives to facilitate team scalability.
