About Us:

Dental Corp is a dynamic and high-volume clinic specializing in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery, dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients. We are seeking a Licensed Nurse to support our surgical operations.

Travel Requirements:

Regular travel to multiple clinic locations is expected.

Work Schedule:

  • 28 to 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday - 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
  • Hours may vary based on operational needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare surgical instruments and medications
  • Conduct patient assessments and review medical histories
  • Perform IV insertions and administer medications
  • Monitor patients during sedation
  • Assist in post-operative recovery and discharge processes
  • Conduct follow-up patient care calls
  • Assist in surgical procedures
  • Manage inventory of medications and equipment

Qualifications:

  • Current certifications in ACLS, PALS, and BLS are mandatory
  • Must be registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) in good standing
  • Experience in oral surgery is essential
  • Previous work in surgery, emergency care, ICU, PACU, or critical care is advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within the nursing scope of practice
