Working in conjunction with a varied healthcare team, the Licensed Practical Nurse is instrumental in fostering an exceptional health experience for patients and their families.
Primary Duties encompass:
- Efficiently handling a diverse workload in a dynamic setting
- Addressing challenges in a constructive and respectful manner
- Utilizing sound professional judgment grounded in best practices
- Encouraging a safe and inclusive atmosphere through adherence to safety protocols
Qualifications:
- Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
- Expertise in IV Therapy
- Demonstrated clinical experience with strong patient-centered care abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Dedication to ongoing education and professional growth
Desirable Qualifications:
- Diploma in Practical Nursing
- Recent completion of a physical assessment training
- Experience with adult and elderly patient populations
