Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

FUTURE-TECH CANADA is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers and employees via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer systems, networks, and software.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
