RWE Platform Operations Manager

This is a key supporting role within the RWE Platform organization, serving as Senior Manager in the Business Operations & Integrated Evidence Planning (IEP) Success Team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide operational expertise and project management leadership for several RWE initiatives of medium complexity across one or more categories.
- Develop and deploy Integrated Evidence Plans (IEP) for priority assets.
- Build bridges across category stakeholders to achieve a One Pfizer vision for RWE/RWD/RWI generation.
- Manage accurate milestones, timelines, and budgets for RWE projects to ensure delivery against goals.
- Establish processes and tools for timely and accurate portfolio reporting, creation of briefing documents, and communications.
- Play a key role in financial processes, including Op Planning, DP3, and Quarterly budget reviews.
- Represent the team at business venues, meetings, conferences, and interactions with external and internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to drug development or business management.
- At least 7 years of experience working in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 4 years managing multiple, complex projects and portfolio governance.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and drug development processes.
- Advanced scientific or business degree.
- Formal training or certification in project management methodologies.
- Strong technical experience in a discipline associated with drug development/commercialization.
- Proven record of implementing portfolio management practices and process improvements.
