Your Mission

As a Platform Manager for Network Critical Services at CAE, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration, evolution, and operational support of critical networking systems globally. You will lead a team of networking specialists to manage the operations and growth of network infrastructure for a global enterprise. Your role includes driving operational excellence, leading improvement solutions, ensuring maintenance coverage, maintaining product roadmaps, and supporting disaster recovery planning. Additionally, you will work closely with a Managed Services partner to track performance, resolve service issues, and review invoices.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of networking specialists to manage network infrastructure
  • Drive operational excellence and improvement solutions
  • Ensure maintenance coverage and product roadmaps
  • Support disaster recovery planning and business continuity
  • Collaborate with a Managed Services partner to track performance and resolve issues

Your Qualifications

  • Results-oriented with team leadership skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Bi-lingual in English and French is an asset
  • Autonomous and able to interface with stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field
  • Minimum 3 years in a leadership role
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Networking technologies or Critical IT Operations
  • Experience in project management is an asset

Desirable Skills

  • Knowledge of SDN technologies, Automation, and Cloud Networking
