Job Overview

As a key member of the Direct-to-Player business team, the Ecommerce Platform Operations Expert will report directly to the Senior Manager of Ecommerce Platform Operations. This role requires a deep understanding of a specific set of digital tools within the Ecommerce Platform portfolio, aimed at maximizing their effectiveness to achieve ambitious market entry objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize essential internal and external Ecommerce promotional and content tools to enhance commercial initiatives and facilitate the launch of new features.
  • Contribute to the definition of content that minimizes operational risks while maximizing the perceived value in the market.
  • Provide the team with critical insights to support the rollout of new commercial initiatives and e-commerce features.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base regarding your designated Ecommerce tools and their optimal practices.
  • Streamline operational activities to enhance the usability of the e-Commerce platform and reduce risks, striving for operational excellence.
  • Research and analyze new enhancements to boost global adoption and performance of the solutions based on empirical data.
  • Oversee the overall performance and user experience of the dedicated ecommerce tools stream to elevate perceived value and encourage adoption.
  • Collaborate effectively by sharing valuable insights to foster a profitable and scalable roadmap for ecommerce operations, product launches, and events related to product exploration.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in B2C ecommerce operations or web content management/coordination. Familiarity with the Salesforce Commerce Cloud suite is advantageous.
  • A strong desire and capability to leverage digital products to address business challenges with a customer-focused and analytical approach.
  • Ability to operate under tight deadlines, with a strong focus on prioritization and effective time management.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Basic to intermediate understanding of web programming languages such as HTML and CSS.
