CRM Business Analyst Position

We are seeking a skilled CRM Business Analyst to contribute to a prominent organization in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities - CRM Business Analyst:

  • Analyze and interpret comprehensive business requirements into functional specifications while liaising with stakeholders;
  • Develop a holistic understanding of the system architecture and associated development challenges;
  • Create detailed documentation that transforms user needs into actionable solutions;
  • Design and validate tailored solutions that adhere to technical guidelines;
  • Assist the business in their growth and development initiatives;
  • Adhere to team methodologies and actively seek opportunities for performance enhancement;

Qualifications - CRM Business Analyst:

  • At least 10 years of experience in IT, with a minimum of 5 years as a functional analyst specializing in CRM;
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 and Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Familiarity with agile development practices;
  • Experience in the implementation and advancement of custom-built systems;
  • Knowledge of the finance sector is advantageous;
  • Project management experience is a plus;
  • Exceptional communication abilities in both French and English;
  • Understanding of application development methodologies and industry best practices;
  • Proven leadership, independence, and organizational skills;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities;
  • Ability to foster trustworthy relationships with business stakeholders.
