Job Summary

Technologie Delan is seeking a skilled Business Analyst - IT to join our team. As a Business Analyst - IT, you will be responsible for identifying and analyzing business needs and developing solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for IT-related business needs within the company.
  • Understand business requirements, document needs, and suggest technical solutions.
  • Contribute to projects related to the customer portal (CRM), business processes (Workflow), and compliance.
  • Collaborate with the IT Project Manager and Director to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst - IT.
  • Experience in documenting business processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to challenge business needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is required.
