As the first dedicated IT Analyst within our organization, you will play a crucial role in understanding and addressing the technological needs of our diverse departments. We are a company with over 150 employees operating primarily within a Microsoft 365 environment.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with employees across various departments to gather their technological requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
  • Document user needs, analyze workflows, and propose innovative improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Contribute actively to key projects, including client portal development (CRM), business process optimization (Workflow), and compliance initiatives.
  • Work seamlessly within a dynamic IT team of approximately 10 individuals, collaborating closely with the IT Project Manager and IT Director.
Your Qualifications:
  • Possess 3+ years of proven experience as an IT Business Analyst.
  • Demonstrate expertise in workflow documentation and process improvement methodologies.
  • Exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills, active listening abilities, autonomy, and the confidence to challenge requirements when necessary.
  • Be proficient in the Microsoft 365 suite of applications.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Be fluent in both French and English.
