We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our culinary team at The Royal Hotel. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for leading our culinary operations and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation

Develop and implement menus that showcase our hotel's culinary expertise and appeal to a wide range of tastes and dietary preferences.

Kitchen Management

Oversee the daily operations of our kitchen, including inventory management, staff supervision, and quality control.

Staff Training and Development

Train and mentor our kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional service to our guests.

Food Safety and Quality

Ensure that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Inventory Management

Manage our kitchen inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to meet our culinary needs.

Requirements
  • Education

No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.

Work Experience

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.

Language

Fluency in English is required.
