Hotel Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Wyndham Garden Hotel. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.
Responsibilities- Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
- Process group arrivals and departures, taking into account the specific needs of each group.
- Take, cancel, and change room reservations as necessary, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Provide guests with information on hotel facilities and services, including dining options, amenities, and local attractions.
- Offer general information about points of interest in the area, helping guests make the most of their stay.
- Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a professional and courteous manner.
- Follow emergency and safety procedures, ensuring the well-being of guests and staff.
- Contact guests to deliver requested wake-up calls, demonstrating a commitment to their comfort and convenience.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Client focus and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
This is a permanent position, working 30 to 44 hours per week. The work language is English.
